"Professional" Photographer

I'm not sure when or how... but at some point I became a "professional" Instagram photographer.

Wait What....

It started out with me wanting to test out my photography skills on a live model. Since I am really shy and have a hard time talking to people I roped my roommate into being my model. Soon after she became my full time model. Mini photo shoot after photo shoot, soon became bigger photo shoots. All of a sudden I wasn't just practicing being a photographer, I was one. Though I didn't mind and still don't sometimes I worry that the pictures I take will be hated and that they won't turn out the way the way she wants. Thankfully we can have honest and open conversation and can work until we get the perfect picture.

Something New...

My roommate really wants to be a fashion stylist and uses these pictures to display here works. She has started a new adventure into her future styling career, she has created an online portfolio that allows her to show off her creative skills. She uses Instagram as a her portfolio platform

The Photography...

I used my Sony A5100 to take these pictures. I starting to focus more on the manual settings. Though it's still tricky and I usually just want to get a good shot in one go I've learned that being patient and trying different settings will not only improve my picture but will make editing ten times easier. Manual setting come tricky to me when i have to start changing the f-stop, usually the ISO is pretty easy to guess and change on the spot, but I have to play around with f-stop and shutter speed to get a good photo.
